Can I make payments?

Do we get our own room?

Shared rooms are included in the price of $1197. If you wish to have a private room, you may request one for an additional $150.

Where is it located ?

Sunny, Super-charged Sedona, Arizona!

Do I need to be in shape?

We will do some hiking in Sedona, so it's preferred that you are able to hike 2 miles and have the ability to do a bit of climbing.

Will we have any free time?

Yes- throughout the retreat, we will have time to just hang out and enjoy each other and they have plenty of fun activities as well that will be incorporated into the retreat as I am guided by spirit.

Are meals provided?

Each cabin has its own kitchen so many of the meals will be on your own but I am planning a couple meals we will all eat together. Snacks and water and drinks are also not included. If we are out on an exursion we will eat where the group gathers. Sedona has many awesome places to eat and I want to keep this a little more flexible based on our exersions.

Some of this work scares me is that normal?

YES. Its ok we will talk all about the subjects of energy and spirit that freaks people out. The more you are educated the less fear that you hold. That is the point of a retreat like this. Not only connecting with spirit but healing our fears and hearts.

Will I cry? What can I expect?

You can expect it all! Tears of joy and laughter for SURE. Laughing so hard you may pee a little :P but here is the think- all of these retreats are heart healing and sometimes those tears come up and want to be released. We will hold your hand and move on to the fun when the moment passes. Feeling your emotions is a part of this retreat. As scary as that is for some of you I get it! I promise the other side of that fear is spectacular!

Hi, I'm Jodie Harvala
